 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any student may cancel prior to the first day of class and receive a full refund LESS the $100 REGISTRATION FEE portion of the tuition. If cancellation occurs by the student or the Academy of Bartending after class has begun, the Academy of Bartending (we) may retain the Registration Fee plus:

  1. 25% of the total tuition, if cancellation occurs within the first 10 hours of class.

  2. 50% of the total tuition, after 10 hours, but less than 20 hours of class.

  3. 75% of the total tuition, after 20 hours, but less than 30 hours of class.

  4. 100% of the total tuition, if student has taken more than 30 hours of class.

  5. No refund to any student that has received all 10 lessons.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CANCELLATION.

Certification and Placement Policy

The Academy of Bartending will provide assistance and guidance in job placement to all graduates within five years of completing the course, if they desire. However, employment is NOT guaranteed. During regular school hours, or when classes are in session, the faculty as well as the bar school will be available for all graduates who wish to practice or refresh on the course material, or may need guidance with finding employment. There is no additional cost for this service.

The certification of completion will NOT be issued if the tuition is not paid in full, or until the student has completed all school requirements, all 10 lessons, as well as speed drill and written test.
